Here are some things you should know before ordering:
Eligibility: Marina Cottage Soap Co. is a wholesale company and by ordering you certify that you are a business recognized at the federal and state level to make tax-exempt purchases for the purpose of resale. If you are in the state of Mississippiyou must provide a resale permit number. All other business are required to provide a Federal Tax ID number.
Minimums: There is a $150.00 opening order minimum and a $100 minimum for subsequent orders, with a minimum of three pieces per item except for Gneaux more Gnaughty Gnats™ which is sold in case quantities.
Payment: Payment is due upon shipping and we acceptVISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, Apple Pay. Orders may be revised or canceled within 72 hours from the time they are placed. Orders of $1000 or more require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed and is non refundable after the 72 hour window to change or cancel an order. If an order with a deposit is canceled before the 72 hour window then the refund less 5% cancellation fee will be refunded. For example a deposit of $500 will be refunded at $475 ($25 cancellation fee).
Shipping: Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. All orders are shipped from Ocean Springs, MS. Please allow 2 weeks for an order to ship during peak times. Most Items will ship within 7 days after payment is received.
Incentives: Free Tester with first time order of 3 or more per same colorway/scent/size on Goats Milk Lotion. Atester may be purchased with the minimum of 3 items per same colorway/fragrance/size.
Returns and Refunds: If your product arrives damaged please let us know within 72 hours of receiving the order and we will make arrangements to have the damaged product shipped back to us. We accept returns of unopened items within 7 business days at customers expense with a 20% restocking fee.

Private label: We would be happy to work with you on a private label order. Minimums start at 100 pieces per colorway/scent/size. We can send items unlabeled, or the customer may supply the label created from specs that we provide. A 2% discount will be assessed for all orders shipped without a label and labeled by the customer. We offer label design services for an additional fee. Customer is responsible for any additional label costs.
Restrictions: Items may not be resold through marketplaces such as Open Sky, Amazon, Etsy, etc, and only may be resold through the retailers brick and mortar store, or the retailers own website. Does not apply to Private Label.
Items may not be advertised at less than 50% above wholesale prices. Does not apply to Private Label.
